2 Cloves of Garlic
1 Firm Lemon
1 C Greek Yogurt
Peel & Grate Garlic. Add to mixing bowl.
Grate 1/4 of Cucumber, add to bowl. Chop the rest and add to bowl.
Zest entire lemon into bowl. Juice the zested lemon and add to bowl.
Chop desired amount of Dill and add to bowl.
Season with Salt & Pepper if desired.
Stir to combine and serve with Pita Chips!
